There are no bad emotions, but there are bad ways to express them.
yes sometimes we get overloaded and sometime we feel numb and get stuck.
Both are good reasons to move, to move the emotions, the emotional body in a safe and healthy way.
Most of us (including myself) havenot really learned how to express our emotions in a good way,
it starts when we are young and our parents probably with the best intentions ask us to temper.
Remember when you where a kid and screaming, maybe because you where angry or anxious or sad,
ooh please don’t scream so loud, it is okay, relax, you don’t have to be afraid, you don’t have to be sad…quiet now.
But sometimes you where sad, angry or even super happy and laughing out so loud and asked if you could be a bit more quiet.
Most of us did not learn how to express emotions in a healthy and safe way, or sometimes we get trapped in expressing always the same emotion. Or sometimes our rage goes directly to another person. So many reasons to learn these beautiful tools, that I learned at ISTA (the international school of temple arts).
Not only you will release emotions, you will also feel that you claim back your energy and you will feel life flowing through your system, it helps you to step back into your power.
So this afternoon you will learn how to express your emotions in a safe and healthy way.
You will learn how to sit with your emotions and have a conversation with them. (Aspecting).
You will learn and experience the 8 emotional release tools.
You will learn and experience to aspect, how to sit and communicate with your emotions.
You will learn how to harmonise your emotional body with Yin Yoga and the Six Healing sounds
Yin yoga is based on the Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM) wisdom
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), there are seven emotions (that affects the health of the five internal organs . These emotions are namely: joy, anger, worry, longing, sadness, fear, and shock.
With help of the Six Healing sounds we will balance our organs that are housing these emotions.
Instead of suspressing your emotions ,
We are going to move them,
We are going to balance them.
And that feels so good!
