and then super slowly with their fingers
so gently touching your face.
Just touch your own face now in a super gentle way..
Your brains starts to release oxytocine (the love hormon) and it will make you feel more soft and open.

So simple and so beautiful, this is what we do in this Tantra workshop.
From here we experience real connection and all the stories and the judgement disappears.
So we create space for more love.

This evening will be a warm bath of love.
A place where we connect, where we will play, dance and share and where you will learn the art of conscious Tantric touch.

This evening is for beginners and advanced practitioners.

About Afke
Tantra and Yoga teacher, Tantric coach and bodyworker. She helps men and women to (re) connect with their purpose and pleasure (erotic innocence). She is a passionated Yoga and Tantra teacher around the world, she guided more than 400 women in her Wild Women training. She has been organising Yoga, Self Love and Tantra retreats for more than 15 years. Teaching more than 2000+ people at the Lowlands festival for several years was part of her mission to bring Yoga to the people. Now her mission is to bring Tantra to the people, to help people connect again! Her mission is one of liberation, of awakening the love that is within all of us. To break down the conditioning and letting go of the mind stories that hold us back from our true essence. Next to love and eros as a healing medicine, she works with plant medicine as a way to connect to love and the divine. She guides ceremonies in her tipi in The Netherlands.
